Neuro‑Syntec 10 mg – support for dopamine balance and brain health
9-Me-BC is a methylated β-carboline derivative is an MAO-A and MAO-B inhibitor being studied for treatment support in Parkinson’s disease. Increases dopamine levels (indirect effect via regeneration of the dopaminergic system) and differentiates dopaminergic neurons in the hippocampus and midbrain. It increases levels of the potent neutrophic factor BDNF.

Why is it worth?
• has a protective and delaying effect on neurodegenerative processes.
• reduces inflammation in the brain,
• initiates regeneration and proliferation of dopaminergic cells,
• increases production and inhibits breakdown of dopamine,
• improves communication between dopaminergic neurons,
• exhibits neuroprotective effects, protects the brain from certain toxins
Its action manifests itself as arousal, increased motivation and increased desire to carry out plans. Affects the mitochondria by increasing NADH. Alleviates the effects of oxidative stress and protects against LPS (lipopolysaccharide) toxins, as well as reducing lactate dehydrogenase levels.
Due to its effect on tyrosine hydroxylase, it may have photosensitising effects.
